A cracking local pub for Stockport

Overview

The Bulls Head can easily be found at the core of the pedestrian shopping area of Marple. It is very much the heart and soul of the local community and popular with both regular customers and visitors to the area. It has an attractive frontage which dates back to the 1700’s. To the rear of the pub, there is a fantastic decking area, which captures the sun, perfect for the summer months. the open lounge area has a darts and a dedicated entertainment area, as it is well known for weekly live entertainment and karaoke. The pub is within easy reach of both canals and only a short distance from Etherow Country Park. As well as ample street parking, there is a small car park to the rear of the pub for approx. 8 cars. The Bulls Head can best be described as a town bar with a community feel. We are seeking a new tenant who can integrate into the local community, drive the wet trade, and develop a complementary food offer to appeal to the customers, old and new.
