BIIAB award for personal license holders (APLH) level 2
This course is a legal requirement for anyone applying for a Personal Licence. The course covers the rules and regulations of the Licensing Act 2003 and the four licensing objectives - prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Once you have taken this course and received your certificate, you can apply to your local council for your Personal Licence. CPL e-learning
E-learning is a highly effective and interactive way of gaining more knowledge and, as a Robinsons’ licensee, you will benefit from access to an extensive programme of over 28 e-learning training courses. Most of the courses are optional and these are designed to help your staff improve overall service levels and sales. There’s also a series of mandatory courses that will help you save money and meet any legal requirements.
The cost of your first year is covered in your sign-up package so you can utilise as many courses as you like for all staff members. The system is easy to use, available via the internet, and offers a wide range of compliance and softer skills training courses. All courses are interactive with graphics to aid learning, plus frequent key-point quizzes.
