The Swan & Chequers is a friendly pub which sits in the centre of the historic market town of Sandbach, located at the top of Hightown it has a commanding position looking down the main street.

Traditional pub games are popular on mid-week evenings, whilst entertainment is takes over at weekends when the Swan & Chequers becomes part of the town centre circuit, with a lively clientele covering all ages. There is an archway and a covered smoking area within the courtyard area.
