The pub is an easy walk to the Roman remains and Roman museum, and also to the River Ribble which flows through the village. The pub offers great accommodation and sits within easy driving distance of Preston and Blackburn, and is ideal for country walks. We are well known in the area for family parties and can provide a range of different menus, from four course meals, carvery’s, buffets or Afternoon teas.
