A little more about us

Much awaited food has now been re-introduced featuring some proper pub classics, supporting well-known local suppliers. Function rooms upstairs are perfect for a private meeting right through to a large family celebration. It's also the perfect location for walkers and indeed an early supper before the cinema. The Navigation aims to put back the Public in Public House. It started by serving the 'navvy's' or Navigation Engineers that built the Peak Forest Navigation, known today as the Peak Forest Canal, part of the Cheshire ring.
