We are a traditional pub & restaurant situated in the hamlet of Smallwood, on the borders of rural Cheshire & Staffordshire, close to junction 17 on the M6. Our warm a& charming atmosphere will instantly relax you. We pride ourselves on having a lot of regular diners and referrals.

Beer gardenThe first licence on this site can be traced back to the late 1400's. The present building was erected in 1939, originally thatched a fire in 1956 when a spark from the chimney ignited the thatching led to a new tiled roof being put in its place. We offer a large bar food menu in addition to the A La Carte served in the Oak panelled Restaurant. Our chefs are renowned for their creative wholesome, homemade dishes and the specials board allows them to express their creativity. We have a large car park and extensive gardens with children's play equipment.

We are proud to serve Robinsons beers alongside a tempting selection of old and new world wines, that complement our pub restaurant menu. For a pre or post meal ‘relaxer’ you will be glad to hear that the Legs Of Man also offers the world’s choice of spirits, with prosecco and gin a speciality.
