The Horseshoe is a great community pub in Coppenhall, a suburb of Crewe, approximately 1 mile from the town centre and close to Leighton Hospital. The pub is very much a part of the history of Monks Coppenhall Parish and later the town of Crewe.

Beer gardenThere had always been a coaching Inn on the site for Centuries. The present building is built in the early Victorian style that is similar. Robinsons took over Bell & Co Brewery in 1949 acquiring all their 160 pubs including the Horse Shoe. In 2014 this building first complete remodelling and refurbishment bringing it firmly into the 21st Century. There is a strong following for live sport and regular weekend entertainment contributes to some memorable nights. There is a good-sized car park to the rear and an award-winning garden with benches for those warmer occasions. A large function room is available for private hire for all Occasions, Events or Club / Society / Business meetings. Another room is for hire upstairs if the main room is not available or if you require a more private or quieter venue, it can also be hired for Band practise.
