Robinsons online shop e-gift vouchers can only be used in our online shop.

Please note that our Online Shop E-gift Vouchers CANNOT be used in Robinsons Pubs, Individual Inns or our Visitors Centre. To give the gift of a visit to one of our pubs or Robinsons Visitors Centre, please visit our Pubs Gift Card page.

The Online Shop E-Gift Voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.
We will not be held liable for lost or stolen vouchers - protect this as you would cash.
To check the balance of your E-Gift Voucher, please visit the link provided in your e-gift voucher.
An e-gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You will need to enter the gift voucher number when placing an online shop order.
