Robinsons gift vouchers

Robinsons email gift vouchers or physical gift cards can be redeemed in selected Robinsons Pubs, Individual Inns or our Visitors Centre.

Please note that our Pub Gift Cards and Online E-gift Vouchers are NOT interchangeable. To give the gift of bottled beer, please visit our online store.

COVID PROMISE: If the Government requires that we close our pubs due to Covid measures, we will extend the duration of our customers’ gift cards and gift vouchers by the closure period.

Full Terms & Conditions

The Gift Card or Gift Voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.
We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards - protect this as you would cash.
To check the balance of your Gift Card, please follow the simple instructions.
A Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We will add any applicable period that the Government required our pubs to close due to COVID-19.
You will need the gift card number and PIN to place a phone order using a physical card. The PIN number is revealed by scratching away the scratch panel located on the back of the card.
